Nordic Walking poles

Nordic Walking poles comprise of an anatomical handle with the unique Nordic Walking handstrap that enables the full benefits that Nordic Walking provides.

Poles come in either a telescopic shaft, or a fixed length shaft.

The telescopic poles is good for collapsing the poles during transport. It also allows different people to use it, but not at the same time.

The length of the pole is 67% of the persons height in centimetres (cms).
