- Good physical conditions
- Poles: High-tech poles can be purchased at the course
- Shoes: Comfortable Jogging or Trekking shoes
- Clothing: suitable for the weather, functional and comfortable
- Optional: Polar pulse watch
- Important: Approx. 1 liter to drink. If you do have a drinking belt, all the better
